WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. In accordance with terms and conditions, our technician offers the original user free repair (including parts) for one year from the date of purchase.
2. This Warranty is valid only in Hong Kong. An extra payment will be charged for each service rendered in outlying islands or appliance installed at specific environment like limited space or over height, etc.
3. Please keep & present authorized dealer invoice together with warranty certificate to our technician for inspection during each service.
4. This warranty does not apply to the product that has been used for commercial purposes. Commercial purpose machine includes free labour charges for one year but excluding parts.
5. This warranty shall not be applicable to the appliance which has been tampered with or altered in any way, or which had been subjected to misuse, vibration, shocking, breaking, negligence or accident, force majeure or act of God, or which has the serial number altered, affected or removed.
6. This guarantee service does not include cabinets, control plate, metal lid, door gasket, knobs, remote and accessories.
7. This warranty certificate is valid only if the attached Free Service Registration Form has been fully completed and returned to our service centre with copy of invoice within 7 days from date of purchase.
8. For DiscoveryBay, outlying island or forbidden area service, an extra service fee will be charged and in case workshop service is needed, the owner will be responsible for transporting the appliance to and from our service centre or any designated place in urban area.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding and the Company reserves all the rights hereby.
10. If you do not wish to receive promotion information (excluding information of DCH, LTD.) which it should be mailed to: Dah Chong Hong, Limited, 4/F DCH Building, 20 Kai Cheung Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong (Please remark Name, Address and Telephone Number and remark Do not wish to receive promotion information).
